"Itadkimasu" is a collection of family recipes. For each recipe, I illustrated the deconstructed ingredients. This series intended to archive Japanese American family recipes and make these recipes accessible to a general audience. I also utilized this opportunity to dispel anti-Asian myths around MSG. This zine was released at the SF zine fest in 2019.
